High Tide - Sea Shanties CD. High Tide was a band that was formed in 1969 by Tony Hill (guitar, keyboards, and vocals), Simon House (violin and keyboards), Pete Pavli (bass) and Roger Hadden (drums). Their first album "Sea Shanties" was probably the heaviest album of that time. The trademark of this album was the constant battling between the electric guitar of Tony Hill and the electric violin of Simon House. There is hardly a quiet moment on "Sea Shanties", the heaviest tracks being "Futilist's Lament" and the instrumental "Death Warmed Up". Stylistically it is a weird mix of hard rock, psychedelic, blues, folk, and jazz-rock. This stunning reissue also includes five bonus tracks, including demos and out-takes from the album session. With restored artwork, this reissue is essential for both Progressive and Hard Rock fans. (sealed)

We have remained open during the Coronavirus pandemic and will continue to remain open! Extra thanks to everyone who has been supporting us during this time! Restocking has been more difficult that usual, but I'm trying as best I can to bring more and more great music to the shop! Super huge thanks to you all from my Rockadrome family and I!!

However, please note that everyone in the biz has been experiencing erratic delays in shipping across the board as the world's postal services try to keep operations running as smoothly as possible. So, if you order be prepared for a possibly longer than usual wait as your package could be one that's gets tied up in the system.
