P.J. Orion And The Magnates - P.J. Orion And The Magnates LP. Rare original private press garage rock record from 1967 on the Magnate Records label. The older I get the more I find myself into garage rock. It's really weird, but that innocence and rawness of old local garage records and singles is magnetic. You can just imagine some of the big dreams these bands had with everything that was going on at the time. (ex-/ex-, disc has many hairlines but it's not overrun and still has nice sheen, cover looks presentable and nice, especially from the front, upon closer inspection it looks like someone neatly repaired some splittingnear the opening edges and there are lots of bends/creases that can been seen from the backside, though the backside looks remarkabley clean with just the creasing detracting from it, but shit man it's half a century old!)
