Riot - Rock City LP. Killer hard rock behemoth from 1977. These guys destroyed just about everything else going on in the underground at the time when it was originally released on a private label. This is the Japanese 2nd pressing from 1981. Has insert and obi. (ex+/ex+, only slight imperfections on the disc, some very light foxing on cover, and some yellowing on the insert.)
