Thick cover private press progressive rock-jazz fusion guitar obscurity from the Chicago area circa 1981 in the vein of Red, Electromagnets, Mr. Euphoria, Gold, etc. They have an awesome unreleased 2nd album as well, too bad it never hit the shelves. (m-/ex-, cover has some ring wear, different condition than one pictured)
