Mercy - Witchburner LP. Limited edition colored vinyl reissue. Along with Heavy Load, Mercy was the most memorable early pioneer of the Swedish heavy metal scene. With their first releases strongly influenced by NWOBHM, the joining of singer Messiah Marcolin took the band's sound towards heavier and more obscure pastures. Witchburner features the future Candlemass star on vocals and drums, and it is also arguably their heaviest and most doom-influenced. Strongly recommended for anyone into classic 80's doom metal!
