Third Rail - Id Music CD. Originally released by Epic in 1967, this is a classic US '60s album by a project including Brill Building songwriter Artie Resnick, his wife Kris and NYC-based musician Joey Levine. What we have here is a colourful, melodic and rather psychedelic offering of '60s pop, influenced by (or tackling) the rat race and the world of advertising. This delightful album is a must have for any fan of '60s popsike and sunshine pop. Following the release of 'ID Music' (and its included US hit-single 'Run Run Run') all three members of The Thrid Rail went on to work for the bubblegum pop machine of Kasenetz & Katz. (sealed)
