The artist is actually just called 'Thrills', the album is titled 'First'.
The album contains pretty standard AOR, but some some songs are enlivened by the occasional Pomp Rock flourish.
Their 2nd LP is much better, and i believe they also recorded a 3rd but i've never heard that one.
