Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Paypal, and Money Order. Transactions are placed live online via a secure 256-bit encrypted secure connection and no important information is stored on our server. Money Orders should be made payable to Rockadrome (and sent to: Rockadrome P.O. Box 592752, San Antonio, Texas, 78259). Cash can be sent in place of a check/money, but this is at your own risk, of course, and should be concealed properly.


It is advised NOT to place PREORDERS on the same order invoice, even if the release dates shown are listed the same for each title you are ordering.  Many times, the labels push back product or we may not get it in on time. It is BEST to place all PREORDERS on separate order invoices.  This will allow us to SHIP your whole order once your order is ready to ship.  We will not subdivide order should you place PREORDERS on the same invoice to save money.  This costs us more dollars to do extra work and we are not given extra shipping charges by your card company for multiple shipments.  Thank you for helping us complete everyone's order in a timely manner.



Rockadrome ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia, Russia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. If you need goods shipped elsewhere; please contact outsidesales@rockadrome.com. We ship everything in brand new sturdy boxes sealed with clear tape and addressed with printed labels and stamped fragile.

Orders are usually shipped within 4 days from the date of order placement and shipping time varies according to selected postage service and destination. We are not responsible for packages lost or mishandled by the post office, but we will do what we can and work with the post office to help remedy the situation. In 20 years of regular shipping with the U.S.P.S. I have discovered it's a very rare occurrence when packages are truly lost in the mail. If you have special shipping instructions be sure to mention them in the comments section during the placement of your order.

Calculating Shipping Cost

Shipping and handling costs for orders from Rockadrome depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. All total weights include a base weight for packaging and a small surcharge for the packing materials. All shipping costs are calculated "live" via a United States Postal Service online connection when you add something to your shopping cart. You are also given multiple options for shipping methods, where applicable. This includes PRIORITY FLAT RATE shipping worldwide, but please keep in mind this is only for orders that contain ONLY CDs or DVDs and in some cases T-shirts (Vinyl Records can NOT be shipped via Flat Rate).

Domestic Shipping

All shipping of merchandise inside the USA can be shipped via U.S.P.S. 1st Class mail, Media Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Flat Rate or Express Mail.

All domestic (USA) orders over $65 will have the option of FREE SHIPPING. The shipping method used for “free shipping” is USPS Media Mail. This option must be selected by you during the checkout process.

International Shipping

Rockadrome can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world, excluded countries will not be selectable upon registration.

International customers are responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with your order. Check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.

When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this complex operation and allow 30 business days before declaring an international shipment lost in transit and requesting reshipment.

All vinyl records are visually graded (record/cover). Records are sealed as new or m-/m- or better unless otherwise stated. Grades include:

Sealed - in the factory shink wrap.

M - Mint, as good as just removed from the shrinkwrap, no detectable defects.

M- - Mint Minus, a near perfect, possibly unplayed record with only slight issues.

EX+ - Excellent Plus, somewhat close to like new with small signs of use. Fairly well cared for records will grade out to EX+. Should satisfy all but the most demanding collector.

EX - Excellent,  a used, reasonable copy with obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.

EX- - Excellent minus,  a used, fairly reasonable copy with more obvious signs of wear and probably some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages in some areas.

VG+ Very Good Plus, significant wear and marks and quite noticeable surface noise.

VG- - Very Good Minus, heavy wear and marks and noticeable surface noise. A well worn record or cover with many issues.

G - Good, a beatup cover and record, making "good" as a placeholder until a better copy can be found, also known as "stepped on by an elephant" in certain circles.

Some abbreviations that may or may not be used in grading include: co (cut out), cc (cut corner), hp (hole punch), rw (ring wear), wol (writing on label), woc (writing on cover), wlp (white label promo), cw (cover wear), ps (picture sleeve on single),



Refunds and/or Defective Merchandise

We offer a 30 day return policy, within 30 days after shipment is made you can return defective, new or sealed merchandise for a replacement or a credit to your account, issued to you in the form of an automated store credit certificate, good during any of your next visits to ROCKADROME.com.  This credit never expires. It is against the Recording Industry Laws for us to accept back opened pre-recorded music due to the amount of illegal transferring, copying or downloading. Items that are sent back opened, that were originally sealed and are not defective, are not accepted, will not be returned and will be disposed of. Items that are misrepresented as defective but are not, will not be accepted in return. Keep in mind, our returns department tests everything that is returned.
